Dear Supporter
I’m delighted to tell you 2008 was our most successful year ever, bringing us into 2009 with a very full agenda of work to support including Vygrond in South Africa where EJAF is funding a new community centre with huge help from Annie Lennox, and the Baphumelele Children’s Home which features in our new Project Film focusing on our work with Children.
The film is an example of how a small project can make a big difference in the lives of so called ‘AIDS orphans’ by not placing them in an institution but providing them with a home.
We’re also kick starting a new national programme in Cambodia preventing transmission of HIV amongst pregnant women, and working nationwide with very vulnerable families and street kids in Ukraine to get people on treatment and prevent HIV from spreading.
Over 95% of your kind donation goes directly to projects like these around the world. Thank you for your essential support.
