To celebrate the opening of their new shop in George Street Hove, The Sussex Beacon are launching a fantastic fundraising event ‘Out The Closet Comes to Brighton, well…Hove Actually!’
Following the London ‘Out the Closet’, the Elton John AIDSFoundation (EJAF) have made a fabulous donation of top designer clothes to the Sussex Beacon- straight from the wardrobes of Elton John and David Furnish.
Kat Williams CEO of The Sussex Beacon said ‘we are incredibly grateful to EJAF for this spectacular donation. We are keen to maximize its potential , and have decided to launch our own exclusive sale to coincide with the opening of our new shop in Hove. This is a one off opportunity to buy some items from an exclusive collection of flamboyant and beautiful designer clothes, whilst benefitting a local charity.”
The clothes donated by Elton John and David Furnish will go on sale for two days only -Friday 2nd April from 10:30-18:00 and Saturday 3rd April from 09:30-17:00.
If you would like to have the chance to know what it feels like to be standing in their shoes -as long as you’re a size 8 or 9 – you can do just that!
The stock features shoes, boots, coats, jackets, suits, shirts and trousers, tops and t shirts from designers such as Alexander McQueen, Versace, Chanel, Yohji Yamamoto, Prada, Burberry and more!
Clothes range from £20 to £1,000
