ELTON JOHN & ANNIE LENNOX OPEN LOCAL CENTRE IN SOUTH AFRICA
At their recent visit to South Africa, Elton John & Annie Lennox opened the Vrygrond Community Centre funded by EJAF, Annie Lennox’s Sing Campaign and the Vrygrond Community Development Trust. It will provide vital services for adults and children living locally, up to 13% of whom are already infected with HIV.
At Elton's Kirstenbosch concert, he praised fellow singer/songwriter Annie Lennox as someone who ‘walks the walk when it comes to the fight against HIV and AIDS’
The 12th Annual White Tie & Tiara Ball on Thu 24th June featuring an amazing performance by Lady Gaga and raised £5.6 million for the work of EJAF.
