FOR "ONE&ONLY" NIGHT RAISES OVER ZAR2.5 MILLION
23 March 2010 - One&Only Cape Town
For "One&Only" Night at One&Only Cape Town raised over ZAR2.5 million for the Elton John AIDS Foundation to fund our important HIV/AIDS work and projects in South Africa.
Hosted by Sir Elton John, David Furnish, Annie Lennox and One&Only Cape Town the event featured a 5 course meal and an auction with some fantastic lots including nights at Only&Only Cape Town & One&Only Le Saint Géran, a rose gold Chopard "Elton John" watch, a sculpture by Douglas Greig, a penthouse stay at the Anantara Seminyak Resort & Spa, Bali with Etihad Business Class Flights, a luxury package with Rovos Rail and nights at the Royal Porfolio properties of La Residence and Royal Malawene and finally visiting the Vyrgrond project in South Africa with Elton & Annie Lennox.
Guests included Tamara Mellon and Sol Kerzner.
