To mark World AIDS Day 2010, long-time supporters, Balans restaurants, are again fundraising to benefit the Elton John AIDS Foundation. Their master mixologists have specially created a sumptuous ‘Red Ribbon Cocktail’ containing a splash of vodka, raspberry puree, vanilla liqueur and a side shot of sparkling rosé.
The cocktails are available in all of Balans’ five London restaurants (conveniently located in Soho, Earls Court, Kensington, Chiswick and Westfield) from November 15.
Balans are kindly donating 100% of the proceeds from sales of the cocktail to support the work of the Foundation and our continuing fight against the HIV/AIDS pandemic. We are grateful for their ongoing support and commitment.
