The Elton John AIDS Foundation in the UK has made over half a million pounds worth of grants to support 34 projects in Brazil since 1996. However, over the next 12 months we will be phasing out our grant making here, in preparation for handing over the responsibility for Latin American grants to the EJAF US office.
We will therefore NOT be accepting any further applications for work in Brazil or any other Latin American country.
EJAF US is very excited to be taking on this new challenge and will be gearing up for the transition which will occur after the XVII International AIDS Conference, Mexico City in August 2008. Please check the EJAF US website for information on their grant criteria and how to apply to them after this point.
